Interest in Nova City apartments leads to sales team expansion

Experienced apartment sales consultant Irene Farrell has joined the team at Nova City after years at the helm of luxury unit sales at Harbour Lights.

Global interest in the apartments on offer in the first tower of the $550 million Nova City development has led to the expansion of the project’s sales team.

Experienced local agent Irene Farrell has joined the Nova City sales team to meet the increasing volume of inquiries rolling in since the official launch of the development’s first tower Nova Light on 27 October.

Ms Farrell has been at the helm of luxury apartment sales at Cairns Harbourlights for the past seven years.

She joins World Class Global’s sales director Zak Thaker on the project. The pair are former colleagues who specialise in apartment sales, having previously worked together on marketing campaigns for The Lakes Cairns Resort, Paradise Palms Resort and Country Club and Cairns One.

Ms Farrell said she was excited to join the growing number of Cairns consultants and contractors working on the city’s biggest development.

A group of more than 20 local people are working on the project, including lawyers, architects, project managers, civil contractors and publicists.

“As a project, there is nothing like it! The facilities are nothing short of amazing and are destined to boost and redefine Cairns and its style of inner-city accommodation with a new and unprecedented level of luxury,” Ms Farrell said.

“As a development, Nova City is a great show of confidence by a company whose significant investment in our city is timely.

“When considering the current shortage of apartment accommodation and forecast population growth, Nova City is an excellent investment opportunity that will propel Cairns into the future.”

The $2 million deluxe display suite on site at the Spence St development will be open between 10am and 4pm weekdays and between 11am and 3pm on weekends.
