Tropic Weekender: Your insider guide to the best events this weekend
Despite the potential for a cyclone developing over the next few days, there's no stopping the fun and wide range of events happening across TNQ this weekend.
With maximum temperatures of 33C, there's one very special happening tomorrow: our very own Meet Eat Repeat 2 happening at the West Cairns Bowls Club from 4pm on Saturday!
For sports fans, this weekend is filled with rugby league, AFL and soccer games and for the musically inclined, you can groove to the RNB Friday event on at the Luxx Bar or chill to the sounds of Walker Bros live at the Tin Shed.
Want to catch a show? Well, Untapped by Raw Dance is on at the Centre of Contemporary Arts, as well as the Sound of Music playing at the Clink Theatre.
