Donna grew up in Cairns and completed her law degree at James Cook University. She is a qualified legal practitioner specialising in business law and intellectual property as well as a registered Trade Marks Attorney.
Donna's practice generally involves advising clients on structuring, entity establishment, sale transactions, management rights, franchising, commercialisation, licensing, intellectual property protection and enforcement, brand protection, trade marks, copyright, domains, e-commerce, privacy, social media and technology.
In her spare time, Donna is usually enjoying the chaos of having two small children. Although she's pretty sure that alone counts as exercise, she also enjoys the odd bit of Zumba.
