      • Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasting tools to ensure that the cash position of the Australian group is clearly understood, managed, and reported;
      • Manage funding requirements for the Australian group, liaising with the CFO to ensure solvency and to highlight any future issues;
      • Liaise with external auditors to ensure that information is provided as requested, and to ensure that they have all required information;
      • Oversee preparation of annual budgeting process for the Australian group, and where necessary as this is consolidated into the Group budget;
      • Process and procedure documentation and improvement;
      • Maintain relationships with IT providers and internal IT teams to ensure key systems are functional;

      • Assistant Accountants – you’ve got great experience helping out the accountant but not ready to fly on your own yet!
      • Bookkeepers – you can do it all, payroll, accounts, BAS, you’re basically the best kind of know it all there is!
      • Payroll Officers – you pay attention to every little details, you swallow awards whole, amazing!
      • Accounts Receivable – your favourite saying is “Show me the Money!”
      • Accounts Payable – you hate those people whose favourite saying is “Show me the Money!”
      • Data Entry Officer – you’re fingers are so fast, you almost set the keyboard on fire!
      • Finance Officers – you’re a dream assistant, with an understanding of lots of the ins & outs of finance!

      The Skills You Bring

      • You’ve worked in a similar role for at least 2 years
      • Starting immediately is not a problem for you
      • You’re pretty sure you hold the record for the fastest and most accurate data entry in the world
      • You will be tech savvy and your understanding of Microsoft products is astonishing
      • Knowledge about finance systems runs through your veins including MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero or SAP
      • Using your initiative is just something you do, not a trained skill
      • You’re clear and concise with both written and oral forms of communication
