You’ll have an interest and passion for providing professional administrative services and will enjoy liaising with high level stakeholders. You’ll also be driving complex and diary and correspondence management, preparing data, reports and presentations as well as organising travel, conference and catering arrangements. In addition, you’ll be completing and distributing minutes and other operational tasks directed by the Regional Director that enhance their capacity to operate effectively.

      You’ll be a confident multi-tasker and you can communicate confidentially at all levels. An integral part of this role is ensuring the professional provision of service to all stakeholders is maintained at the highest level.

      • You have at least two years’ experience working in a similar role in a Government organisation
