POWER PAIN
The cost of electricity is about to get even higher. The Palaszczuk Government has announced an annual price hike of around $54 for households and $110 for businesses. Treasurer Curtis Pitt said the price rises could've been worse, with the government stepping in to provide some relief in the upcoming State Budget. 

LUCKY LOTTO WINNER
Have you checked your Lotto ticket yet? The Cairns winner of Tuesday night's $40 million Lotto draw is yet to be revealed.
