  • When it comes to making a delicious burger, every single element has to be "spot on".

That's the view of Mojo Street Food owner Wayne Keygan as he prepares his menu for the inaugural Beer 'N' Burger Fest on November 10.

From the cheese to the homemade brioche bun, the sauces and the beef patty, Wayne reckons there's a lot of elements at play in the perfect burger.

The first business Wayne bought after completing his chef apprenticeship was an old-school burger shop, and he's excited about delivering his ideas about the perfect burger at the Beer 'N' Burger Fest.

The event is shaping up to be a cracking afternoon of handmade burgers, locally brewed beer, live music and heaps of fun.
