Book a table of 8 and each guest receives 2 drink vouchers per person for Hemingway's beers or house wines/bubbles as well as grazing boards for the table.

The race will be broadcast live on the big screen plus there will be prizes for best dressed male & female, sweeps, and fundraising for Movember.

2. AquaLuna, Cairns Aquarium

Luncheon 11AM – 3PM

Price: $69 per person

The price includes a two-course lunch with complimentary champagne or beer on arrival, live music with Russel Harris and the race on a big screen tv.

There’ll also be sweeps and raffles as well as prizes for best dressed.

3. C’est Bon, Lake Street

Luncheon 12PM-3PM

Price: $64 per person

As well as a delicious three course meal, you'll be treated to a complimentary C’est Bon punch.

There’ll be prizes for the best male and female fashions as well as sweeps and live coverage of the big race.

4. The Chambers, Spence Street

Luncheon: 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM

Price: $130 per person

The Chambers offers a 3-course lunch and a 3-hour beverage package including wine and beer.

There’ll also be a calcutta and charity sweep, with $10 from every ticket sold going to the Breast Cancer Foundation.

Live music will kick off at 4pm.

5. The Jockey Club’s Audi Centre Cairns Melbourne Cup Race Day, Cannon Park

Luncheon and cocktail party: 11 AM - 6PM

Luncheon price: $140 per person

Cocktail party price: $150 per person.

The Cannon Park event will feature live horse racing and plenty of family entertainment. 

You can watch the race that stops the nation on the track-side big screen TV and enter fashions on the field for a chance to win prizes.

The luncheon includes a buffet meal, live music and sweepstakes, while the cocktail party includes cocktail food, a beer and wine package and live music.

6. Salt House, Cairns Marina

Luncheon/cocktail party 11.30 – 2.30pm 

Price: $99 per person

You can choose either the gala lunch or cup cocktail party.

The lunch includes three courses, with a glass of Moet and Chandon champagne on arrival plus two drinks with your meal.

Cam Kettle will provide live music.

At the cocktail party, handmade canapes will be served for two hours, accompanied by a two hour beverage package.

There’ll also be fashion parades, sweeps and live music from English DJ duo Aldefos.

7. Pullman Cairns International, Abbott Street

Luncheon 12pm – 3pm, price: $139 per person

Lobby bar 12.30pm – 2.30pm, price $49 per person

The luncheon in the grand ballroom includes a bottomless seafood feast with crafty food stations.

There’ll be an American smoking station, Asian street food and a decadent dessert offering plus a 3-hour beverages package.

In the lobby bar, there’ll be endless feasting boards and a complimentary welcome drink.
