A 42-year-old Parramatta Park woman has been charged after a vehicle crashed into a building on Mulgrave Road at Parramatta Park yesterday.
It's alleged she became involved in a verbal altercation with her 44-year-old male passenger, who then exited and vehicle and began walking away.
Police say the woman drove the car onto the footpath, narrowly missing the man and crashing into the building.
The woman was taken to Cairns Hospital with minor injuries.
She's been charged with one count each of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and unlicenced driving and will face court later this month.

One person has been taken to hospital after a car hit a building in Cairns this morning.
The crash happened just before 9.30-AM on Mulgrave Road at Parramatta Park.
A blue hatchback hit the corner of the Acumentis building.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman has told Tropic Now the driver of the car has been taken to hospital.
"There are no serious injuries," he said.

"A stable patient was transported to Cairns Hospital with minor injuries, but I can't tell you what the nature of those injuries are at this stage."
The age or gender of the driver was also not known.
Queensland Police say there was no-one else in the car and they are investigating what led to the collision.

There has been no impact to traffic on Mulgrave Road, with all northbound lanes remaining open.
Emergency services, including police and paramedics, have now left the scene.
