Crystalbrook Collection expands to Sydney, launches a special local deal to celebrate opening of Riley

Crystalbrook Collection has expanded its accommodation portfolio beyond Far North Queensland, snapping up a boutique hotel in downtown Sydney as it prepares to open the doors of its first hotel in Cairns in just a few weeks' time.

The company has acquired Little Albion Guest House in Surry Hills, a 35-room heritage-listed building that was only opened three months ago. The property is expected to be rebranded under the Crystalbrook umbrella before the end of 2018.

To celebrate Riley's opening on November 6, Crystalbrook Collection's area manager Joel Gordon today announced a local's only 'staycation' special, giving FNQ residents complimentary parking and a room upgrade from $194 per night until 19 December 2018.

A local's only deal for a full buffet breakfast at Paper Crane restaurant and bar will also be on offer for $28 per person.

“We are excited about our first highly-anticipated opening and we intend on showing our thanks to the community by inviting our locals to see it first,” Mr Gordon said.

“It’s an honour to be part of something so special, and we plan on supporting our locals first and foremost through our accommodation, food and beverage offerings, as well as partnering with many local tour operators, and suppliers. This is the first of many Crystalbrook Local offers we will have available so stay tuned to our social media channels for more information.”
